Congregational Vitality Brunch – February 26, 2019

Strategic Planning

February 26, 2019 9:30 a.m. – Noon

Do you need to do some ministry planning and don’t know where to start? Have you done planning that has quickly faded into irrelevance? Strategic planning in ministry is one of the most difficult, but most critical skills for church leaders.

Many lead pastors are strong in the areas of spirituality and relationships, but short on experience with strategic planning. Lay leaders might rush into organizational planning without considering the unique context of congregational ministry.

This Congregational Vitality brunch will stimulate new thinking and practice in your critical task of planning in ministry.

February 26, 2019 9:30 am – Noon @ The Presbyterian College, Montreal

A light morning brunch and coffee will be offered.
*Thanks to the support of generous partners of The Presbyterian College, the cost of the morning will be only $25 per participant.
