Faith and Work – Fall 2020

Creative Calling: Integrating Faith and Work, 2020

This online Faith & Work series is a six-week combination of workshops and webinars to explore the relationship between faith and work. Particular care will be given to our present context—where the pandemic and other pressing social questions are shaping our work and the environment in which we work. This will be a great opportunity to connect the dots between the Gospel and your everyday work life. There is no charge for participation in this series.

Thursday Evenings at 7:00 p.m. (EST) from
October 29 – December 3

This Cohort meets weekly on Thursday evenings. There will be 3 workshops led by Tim Keener, and 3 interviews/webinars with guests. Through this series we will:

  • More clearly see our true identity in the light of the whole Gospel.
  • Better understand our personal calling and how it involves us in Jesus’ mission.
  • Learn how to shape culture and community as representatives of Jesus, for the common good.
  • Form ongoing relationships that encourage our community’s well-being.

Offered Collaboratively with Christian Direction, Montreal

This edition of our Faith and Work program will be offered collaboratively with Christian Direction, a Montreal organization committed to the social and spiritual transformation of cities…one person, one group, one neighbourhood at a time.
