Education Summer 2010
The Human Body
and
The Seasons of Life
The
human body, God’s creation, is fearfully and wonderfully made.
Its intricate structure, from the micro to the macro, never
ceases to awe and to amaze.
The course will be double-pronged. On the one hand, it will
explore the nature and the care of the physical being from the
moment of conception to the end of life.
In parallel, it will explore the logic of God’s creation as
well as intangibles such as altruism and self-sacrifice that are
difficult to explain from biology alone but nevertheless are
essential components of what it means to be human.
Date:
Saturday, June 26, 2010
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
